The joys of rehearsal!

I am not sure if this was a good idea.... The rehearsal process in my opinion is not going well. With a professional company perhaps 2 weeks rehearsal would be enough but this cast is looking a bit behind schedule. Lloyd assures me that everything will come together in the end and it will be a sheer success. Not so sure about the techies though, but honestly, when do you ever get decent ones? Ahhh, I am so funny sometimes...

The only actor on stage that I feel is up to my speed is Garry. He is extremely talented and of course easy on the eyes too. At least I had some pull in hiring him. Lloyd seems to be distracted by something other than the script and the rest of the cast...well...what can I say? I am sure that I am worried for nothing. I guess that it will be up to me to make sure things go as planned. After all, it is my money invested here. I remember working with Lloyd in the good old days and I do recall his work always being absolutely brilliant...Even though he can be quite the Diva at times.

Well my lovely fans, I know that you are all patiently awaiting for this masterpiece to arrive in your hometown and I must admit that I am anxious to see you too! It won't be long now

  1. Dotty, darling, you are too good to me. All I can say is that the feeling is more than mutual! It's an absolute pleasure to have someone as well versed in the ways of theatre as you amongst our ranks. Many thanks!
