Noises Off is one of the funniest farces of all times. It depicts the onstage and backstage antics of a fifth-rate acting troupe performing in an awful farce named Nothing On where men drop their pants and pretty women run around in their undies. This blog chronicles the cast of Nothing On as they prepare for their show. Get the inside gossip, the sweat and angst as director Lloyd casts the show and the actors rehearse their parts. Remember, you heard it here first.

Meet Garry
GARRY LEJEUNE (Roger Tramplemain) has been acting on the stage for nearly a decade now and his love for performing only continues to deepen. Raised on Saltspring Island Garry didn’t have many opportunities to explore theatre as a youth until he spent a short stint in Fort St. John where he became involved in community theatre and discovered a passion for the stage. Since then Garry has pursued more and more challenging roles and continues training to sharpen his craft. Garry is happy to be rehearsing in Nanaimo which he often visited as a child since it’s not far from his home stomping ground. Garry is very pleased to be reuniting with Frederick Fellowes after they performed together in a highly successful production of Who Was That Clown. And the chance to work with veterans like Dotty Otley and Selsdon Mowbray is a dream come true. Previous credits include the role of Paul in My Geriatric Valentine, the lead in Giles Milton’s new stage double-feature Age Shmage and Mommy Issues, and most notably a recent tour as Benjamin Braddock in the stage adaptation of The Graduate.
